Cleaner Pay Structure
We want to ensure you are clear on your earning potential from day one. Your compensation as a Cleaner is as follows:
● Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
● Payment Schedule: Payments are issued bi-weekly. This includes all work completed and closed out during the prior work week.
Onboarding Checklist
Please complete the following steps in order to get cleared for the field:
● Offer Letter: Sign and return your formal employment offer.
● Background Check: Complete the mandatory background check (requires a $35.00 payment).
● Training Access: Look for a separate email with your login for our Workspace training module.
● Payment Setup:
○ Complete the Direct Deposit Form.
○ Review the Invoice Form. This is the standard billing document you will use to log your weekly hours.
● Software Setup:
○ Setmore: Log in to access your job assignments and schedule
○ Microsoft Teams: Join our team channel for daily communications.

At-Will Employment
Employment with SimpleUtility Services is at-will. This means either you or the Company may terminate the employment relationship at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.
